Selected candidate will be responsible for identifying customer's needs, estimating, designing, and accurately quoting LCU projects. Come work for an industry leader that has been recognized both locally and nationally as one of the Top Places to Work!nnResponsibilities:nnDetermine customer's needs and identify Light Commercial Unit solutions.nEstimate, design, and accurately quote projects based on customer's needs. nResponds to customer's inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding products or services. nReceive and process customer orders into SalesPad.nEnter new projects into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. nMonitor that projects are completed in a timely manner.nDistribute completed projects to contractors.nEnter factory worksheets into ComfortSite (Trane).nCoordinate with logistics to ship orders.nSupport Outside Sales and other departments as needed.nnnSkills Required:nnExcellent customer service skills.nProficient in Microsoft Office applications.nExcellent oral and written communication skills. nHVAC industry experience desired.nnnEducation and/or Experience Required:nnAssociates degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.n2-5 years of customer service or equivalent experience preferred.nnnOur comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental & vision coverage after 60 days; a 401(k) plan, PTO, life insurance and short & long-term disability after 90 days; and 10 paid holidays with no waiting period.
