Job Description :
Provide Cost Management/Analysis for Production Operations, including cost & schedule management, cost analysis/prevention, and proposal support for a S&GS line of business program. Candidate will analyze Mfg. touch and support labor; develop equivalent unit forecasts; prepare and analyze weekly and monthly Performance Control Reports (PCRs), Hours per Unit (HPU) charts, and manpower detail reports; recommend cost reduction initiatives, and participate in Kaizen and Lean events.
- Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Industrial Engineering
- Interest in production environments.
- Excellent PC and communication skills.
- 4 years of professional experience.
- Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance.
Knowledge of MFC financial and estimating systems. Cost management and estimating experience in a production environment. Knowledge of general production and quality processes. Exposure to touch labor cost management and estimating. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of Internal and External Customers.
